BD-457 digital whiteness meterComplies with the national whiteness meter JB/T9327-1999 professional standard and JJG512-2002 national metrological verification regulations. Used to directly measure the whiteness of objects or powders with smooth surfaces This instrument can accurately measure the opacity of paper. The instrument adopts the principle of photoelectric effect to measure the ratio of the amplitude of diffuse reflection on the surface of the sample to the radiance of the diffuse reflector under the same irradiation conditions, in order to achieve the purpose of measuring "whiteness" and "opacity" It can be widely used in textile printing and dyeing, construction, mineral paper, paint coatings, ceramics, clay, talc powder, plastic products, detergents, daily chemical products, flour, salt, white cement, and accurate determination of the whiteness of objects
1BD-457 digital whiteness meterTechnical Indicators:
1. Zero drift:; 0.1.
2. Stability of indication; 0.2.
3. Indication error; 1.0.
4. Repeatability: 0.2.
2、 Instrument composition:
1. Host;
2. Probe;
3. Standard whiteboard;
4. Standard blackboard;
Working conditions of three instruments
1. Temperature: 0-40 ℃
2. Relative temperature: 85%
3. Power supply: AC220V ± 10% 50HZ ± 0.3HZ
Four operational methods:
1. Connect the power supply and place the probe on the standard blackboard. Preheat for 15 minutes before testing
2. Zero adjustment and calibration
Zero adjustment: Place the measuring head on the standard blackboard and adjust the host zero adjustment knob to zero.
Calibration: Place the measuring head on the standard whiteboard and adjust the calibration knob of the host to match the value calibrated on the whiteboard
3. Measurement
A. Measure the whiteness value of general objects or samples treated with fluorescent whitening agents after whitening The displayed value of the sample tested by the instrument after zero calibration is the whiteness value of the sample.
B. Measurement of opacity (T); Compliant with ISO2471-77 standard.
(1) Place the sample on the instrument for testing, then remove the upper layer of the sample and place it on the lower layer for testing in sequence Measure five layers of samples and record the reflection factor R ∞ of each layer of samples.
(2) Record the light reflection factor R0 on each surface of the five layers of samples measured above, using a blackboard as the substrate.
(3) Repeat steps (1) and (2) to measure the R ∞ and R0 values on the opposite side of each layer of the sample.
(4) Calculate the average values of R ∞ and R0 on both sides of the sample.
(5) Calculate the opacity values (T) of the front and back sides;
R0
T = 100 ——------——
R∞
Calculate the opacity of each side accuratelyTo 0.5%, if the difference is greater than 0.5%, the opacity of both sides should be identified separately; If the difference is not greater than 0.5%, the overall average value should be reported.
5、 Attention:
1. In order to obtain accuracyDuring testing, data should be measured, zeroed, and calibrated simultaneously.
To eliminate the fatigue phenomenon of the receiver, the measuring head should be placed on the blackboard when not measuring.
3. When measuring, pay attention to the placement of the measuring head on the object being measured, and ensure that it is placed in the correct position each time.
6、 Instrument completeness:
1. Host 1 unit
2. One standard whiteboard
3. One standard blackboard
4. One measuring head
5. Three powder dishes
6. One copy of the user manual
7. One certificate of conformity
