Automobile parts ball screw measurement imported pneumatic meter

The screw and screw nut are measured on a specially designed transport tray. When the transport tray carries the parts into the measurement position, the position sensor is triggered and the measuring instrument begins to measure the outer and inner diameters of the lead screw and nut. After measuring and classifying the parts, the transport tray automatically downloads the parts and continues to measure other parts.

The Edmunds fully automatic ball screw measurement workstation uses a specially designed CAG computer control system, which is used to measure the diameter of the spiral groove of the automotive screw mother. Then the measurement system will automatically select the fitting diameter of the ball. The measuring range of the measuring instrument is 0.13mm, the resolution is 0.25 μ m, and the difference in ball grouping is 2.5 μ m. Use a set of large/small standard components to calibrate the measurement system. The CAG control device displays the entire calibration process to the workers, who can frequently use a verification standard to check the measuring device.
