The ZFY-3536B automatic open flash point tester (Cleveland Open Cup Method) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the GB/T3536-2008 standard "Determination of Flash Point and Ignition Point of Petroleum Products (Cleveland Open Cup Method)" to test the flash point and ignition point of petroleum products, such as lubricants.
1ZFY-3536B Automatic Open Flash Point TesterPerformance:
1. Flash point detection: ion ring detection method with high sensitivity;
2. Cooling method: using fan cooling, automatic cooling after the experiment is completed;
3. Sensor arm lifting device: Adopting a hydraulic sensor arm lifting device imported from Japan, capable of lifting and lowering 10000 times *;
4. Ignition method: automatic electronic ignition or gas flame ignition;
5. Self check function: The instrument comes with an unknown oil sample flash point value self check function, which can detect the approximate flash point value of the oil sample within ten minutes, and then re use the GB/T3536-2008 standard to obtain the accurate flash point value of the oil sample;
6. Display: Equipped with a 7-inch color LCD touch screen and a fully Chinese operation interface, the functions are clear at a glance;
7. Operating system: Windows XP operating system, software can be upgraded;
8. Correction function: It has automatic correction of atmospheric pressure and flash point temperature value;
IIZFY-3536B Automatic Open Flash Point TesterMain parameters
1. Temperature range: Room temperature~400 ± 0.1 ℃ German PT100 quartz temperature sensor, repeatability ≤ 2 ℃, reproducibility ≤ 2 ℃;
2. Range: Room temperature to 400 ℃; Resolution: 0.1 ℃;
3. At the beginning of heating, the heating rate of the sample is 14 (℃/min) to 17 (℃/min), so that when the sample reaches the expected flash point at 23 ℃± 5 ℃, the heating rate is 5 (℃/min) to 6 (℃/min);
4. Test fire source: natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas or butane gas/electronic ignition;
5. Ignition test cycle: When reaching the preset flash point of 23 ℃± 5 ℃, sweep once every 2 ℃ increase in temperature;
6. Flash point value: If the difference between the observed flash point and the initial ignition temperature is less than 18 ℃, the result is invalid. A new sample should be replaced for retesting, and the initial ignition temperature should be adjusted until a valid result is reached, that is, the second result should be at least 18 ℃ higher than the initial ignition temperature;
7. Measurement repeatability: flash point value < 150 repeatability ± 2 ℃;
8. Flash point value>150 repeatability ± 2 ℃.
