All main components of the high-pressure vessel, including the vessel cover (machined by lathe after passing the overall forging inspection), vessel body (hollowed out by lathe after passing the overall forging inspection), strong magnetic coupling stirrer, high-temperature and high-pressure needle valve, lower stirring part, internal cooling coil, temperature measuring part, and submerged tube, are made of materials such as 0Cr18Ni9 (304), 1Cr18Ni9Ti (321), 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 (316L/Mo2Titanium), titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel alloy, nickel, zirconium, tantalum, silver, PTFE, etc. They can also be made of 316L/titanium/Hastelloy/Inconel alloy/nickel/zirconium. Tantalum/silver/PTFE inner liner, capable of internal spraying with corrosion-resistant and high-temperature PTFE.
The core part of the high-pressure reactor is a (ring-shaped) strong magnetic coupling, sealing, and stirring device, with multiple magnetic steel rings forming two powerful permanent magnets inside and outside; The inner magnetic steel body is sealed inside a sealed cylinder made of stainless steel and connected to the stirring part. The sealed cylinder is connected to the kettle cover, kettle body, and fastening to form a static sealed chamber, so that the reaction medium is completely in a static sealed state without any leakage, pollution, or personal danger; The speed regulating motor of the high-pressure reactor drives the outer magnetic steel body, and the strong magnetic force passes through the sealed cylinder made of stainless steel without contact. It attracts and self locates the strong magnetic force of the inner magnetic steel body sealed inside the sealed cylinder, acting on the axial rotation traction to carry out high-temperature and high-pressure stirring reaction.
The high-pressure reactor has the characteristics of static sealing, no leakage, no noise, no pollution, smooth operation, simple operation, durability, and compact structure. Therefore, it can safely carry out efficient reactions of harsh media such as flammable, explosive, highly toxic, hydrogen, hydrofluoric acid, etc. under high temperature, high pressure, high vacuum, high speed, suspension, and convection, so that the reaction medium is completely in a static sealed state.
The unique self-lubricating shaft sleeve of the high-pressure reactor is resistant to high temperature and pressure, corrosion and wear, and avoids secondary pollution to ensure material purity. It is suitable for gas/liquid/solid mixing, suspension, convection, high viscosity materials, and high-speed stirring reactions. All sealing parts of the high-pressure reactor adopt line sealing, so there is no leakage problem in the overall equipment. There are two feeding and discharging methods, which shorten the mixing time and strengthen the reaction process. It is the preferred device for developing experimental products.
High pressure reactors are widely used in fields such as colleges and universities, petrochemicals, dye mining and metallurgy, nanomaterials, polymer reactions, hydrothermal synthesis, hydrogenation reactions, national defense technology, medicine and food, cigarette industry, ceramic industry, polymer industry, fine chemicals, microbial engineering, and high-tech products.
The Yongtong series high-pressure reactor is equipped with a CNC automatic temperature controller, powered by 0-220V single-phase thyristor rectifier, and equipped with a new PID-AI505 artificial intelligence temperature control instrument, with a control accuracy of ± 1 ℃. It has the functions of temperature setting, temperature display, speed display, stepless speed regulation, adjustable heating power, and can achieve automatic constant temperature.
At the same time, the high-pressure reactor can be customized according to user requirements, including mixing forms (push type, folded slurry type, anchor plate type, flat turbine type, pitch turbine type, scraper type, curved turbine type, double helix belt type, combination type, etc.), pressure display, condensation reflux, feeding tank, conduit, feeding, continuous reaction, lifting device, etc. The heating method can be changed to oil bath, water bath, steam, molten salt, all of which can be customized according to user requirements and design standards. For those who have high requirements for temperature control or connect to a computer for data control, a high-precision digital temperature controller can be equipped for the high-pressure reactor, with a control accuracy of ± 0.2 ℃.
