Mainly targeting people in the automotive manufacturing industry, the engine oil undergoes deep purification treatment to restore its functional use, with a cleanliness level of up to level 5 and a water content reduced to 50PPM, which can extend its service life by 2-3 years. AXDY Sharp is an upgraded platform of the DY series lubricating oil vacuum filter, which also takes into account the filtration of various lubricating oil specifications and types such as heat treatment oil, air compressor oil, hydraulic oil, hydraulic transmission oil, gear oil, turbine oil, diesel oil, compressor oil, refrigeration oil, etc. If the customer has strict requirements for moisture and impurities, and the moisture content is less than 50PPM, internal circulation treatment is required. If the oil that needs to be filtered is a high viscosity oil, it needs to undergo preliminary heating treatment before it can be filtered. Working principle of oil filter:
The oil that needs to be filtered enters the heater under the external atmospheric pressure and the suction vacuum of the oil filter by the vacuum pump. The heated oil passes through a strong magnetic filter, filtering out metal particles and large impurities. The oil containing small impurities enters the second and third stage filters for further filtration. The oil with impurities removed enters the three-dimensional vacuum flash tower. Under the action of the spray device, the oil is dispersed into a mist and sprayed onto the three-dimensional flash Bauer ring, forming a very thin oil film. The oil film curve moves downward, and through environmental changes such as cooling and pressure reduction, a series of physical changes are generated, thus carrying out a complete separation process of demulsification, dehydration, and degassing. During the entire process, the mixed gas formed by water vapor, light hydrocarbons, and other gases enters the water gas separation device, strong wind condensation system, and vacuum buffer chamber to rapidly cool the substances such as water vapor and light hydrocarbons. The condensable gas and water vapor condense into water and are discharged through the drainage device, while the non condensable gas is discharged through the vacuum pump. The oil, after removing moisture, gas, and mechanical impurities, enters a precision filter through an oil pump to filter out particles and impurities in the oil, completing the entire oil purification process.
