1、 Product Technology Introduction

This product is widely used for disease and harmless treatment in livestock and poultry farms, pig farms, border inspection and quarantine systems, animal disease prevention and control centers, veterinary laboratories, and other places.

2、 Main structure and working principle

1. Main structure

The harmless treatment system for animal waste mainly includes feeding system, sterilization and degradation treatment system, gas treatment system, etc.

Working principle

Animal carcasses are finely ground and later degraded by adding degradation agents. The gas during the processing is discharged after condensation, sterilization, and deodorization.

The control system monitor can display information on the processing status within the processor. There is an emergency stop button, which can cut off the power and stop the operation of the equipment in case of special emergency situations.

3、 Daily inspection items

(1) Check whether the pasting of all safety warning signs on the equipment is complete;

(2) Check if the four bottom corners of the equipment are securely locked and fixed;

(3) Check all bolt connections for looseness, paying special attention to the moving and fixed blades;

(4) Is there any metal foreign object inside the processor, and is the opening and closing of the processing tank cover flexible and reliable;

(5) Check if the discharge door is tightly locked and closed;

(6) Confirm that the voltage and current capacity of the power supply are suitable for this device, and that the device circuit is connected correctly;

(7) Check if the emergency stop control button is reliable;

(8) Familiar with the positions and usage of various switches on all control cabinets;

4、 Equipment operation

(1) The general operating procedure is as follows:

1. Power on: Rotate to turn on the power switch, and the host will be powered on;

2. Loading:

(1) Open lid: Press the lid button to automatically open the lid.

(2) Add animal carcass tissue: Place the animal carcass tissue to be processed into the milk feeding hopper, press the feeding button, the hopper will automatically lift to the set height, and then the material will be automatically poured into the processing tank.

(3) Closing the lid: After adding the ingredients, press the closing button to automatically close the lid.

(2) Automatic control operation:

1. Automatic control: (1) Press the function key to set the processing function to automatic control mode, which enters the automatic processing work program. The sterilization temperature reaches 110-160 ℃, and after 8-12 hours of processing (the processing time depends on the size of the animal), the batch processing cycle is completed and the machine is automatically shut down.

2. In special circumstances, manual control is used:

(1) Turn on the function button and adjust the processing function to manual control;

(2) Manually turn on the heating, heat transfer oil pump, and stirring function buttons separately;

(3) Timely start the fan and circulating water pump;

(4) After processing is completed, press the stop button to stop the device from running.

(3) Cooling: Turn on the exhaust function to extract air and cool down, or open the cover to stir and cool down. Or shut down and naturally cool down for more than 8 hours.

(4) Inoculation degradation: When the temperature inside the tank drops below 75 ℃, add a biodegradable agent according to the instructions. Start stirring and initiate degradation for at least 30 minutes.

(5) Unloading: Open the unloading port and start mixing to automatically unload.

1. To reduce the failure rate and extend the service life of equipment,

Suggestion:

1. Frozen animal carcasses must be thawed before disposal.

2. The total amount of added materials should not exceed the total processing capacity of the equipment; It is best to add it in two parts according to the total amount, and then add it after working for 1 hour in between; Oversized animals (such as sows) should be cut before processing.

3. The materials stacked after the last processing can be used as bacterial strains for fermentation and degradation in the next processing, which is beneficial for saving processing costs.

5、 PLC automatic control system

(1) Operation monitoring interface: Monitor the operating status of various electrical components of the equipment, display the temperature of heating oil and material. And it can perform functions such as fan, mixing, circulating oil pump, and heating on this interface. When an alarm message appears on the device, scroll and display it above this interface.

(2) Parameter setting interface: Set the required operating parameters for automatic operation on this interface.

(3) Alarm query interface: When the device generates an alarm, enter the alarm interface to query the alarm description in order to troubleshoot the device.

6、 Maintenance and upkeep

(1) Daily maintenance

1. Is the spindle coupling normal;

2. Is the fixed knife loose;

3. Is there any leakage in the connection part of the hydraulic system;

4. Whether the oil circulation pump and water pump are operating normally;

5. Is temperature control sensitive;

6. Inspection of lubricating oil for gearbox; Whether the warning signs are intact;

7. When cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the main power supply;

(2) Regular maintenance

1. Hydraulic oil replacement standard: N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil can be added after 500 hours of cumulative operation (CBN-F306 gear pump).

2. Wear and tear replacement of cutting tools: Depending on the different raw materials, cutting tools should be checked regularly. If there is severe wear and damage, they should be replaced and repaired in a timely manner.

3. Lubricating oil replacement for gearbox: Lubricating oil needs to be replaced after 500 hours of cumulative operation.

4. Bolt connection inspection: After working for 100 hours, check whether the main bolt connections and locking bolts and nuts are loose.Important Notice:

This equipment should be installed indoors to prevent freezing; If there is no heating in the northern region, when the room temperature is below zero, the remaining water in the water tank, water pump, and condenser should be manually drained after parking to prevent freezing and cracking of related equipment.

All maintenance and troubleshooting work must be carried out with the equipment shut down and powered off.
