Adiabatic simulation deviceIntroduction:
Mainly aimed at testing the thermal stability and thermal parameters of small-sized battery cells and battery materials. The small battery adiabatic acceleration calorimeter integrates thermal and electrical abuse functions. By synchronously collecting data on battery voltage, current, charge, temperature, pressure, and time under various abuse conditions, it can help battery developers achieve research on battery self heat release thermodynamics and safety performance evaluation. The instrument has the characteristics of simple operation, smooth experimental start-up and operation, accurate experimental data collection, and reliable data analysis.
Adiabatic simulation deviceFeatures:
Can test characteristic parameters such as the initial temperature, maximum thermal runaway rate, and adiabatic temperature rise of battery thermal runaway under adiabatic environment.
During testing, the battery charging and discharging device can switch between charging and discharging modes, set constant current/constant voltage charging modes and charging/discharging currents, and calculate battery power in real-time.
Real time collection of battery voltage, current, temperature, and pressure changes during testing.
Equipped with different forms of sample cells to meet the adiabatic thermal stability testing of battery electrolytes, positive and negative electrodes, separators, and other materials.
Accurately test the heat release and heat release rate of the battery in charge and discharge mode.
Combining both constant power and constant rate specific heat testing modes to ensure the accuracy of specific heat values.
