Accuracy calibration of CNC full-automatic anime image measuring instrument

The company mainly sells: image measuring instrument, anime, third dimension, third dimension, glossmeter, Japan Sanfeng image measuring instrument, Japan Sanfeng anime, Japan Sanfeng third dimension coordinate measuring machine and other foreign precision measuring instruments.
1. The series automatic image measuring instrument is an improvement of the manual VMS image measuring instrument, which has been upgraded to an automatic measuring type on the basis of high precision and high performance.
2. Adopting dual closed-loop motion control, the motor has precise positioning and stability during high-speed motion;
3. The embedded module developed by our company is used to control the motor, which improves the motor response speed and simplifies the interface between the instrument and the PC. The PC and the instrument are connected through USB cables and S-terminal cables;
4. Adopting a granite platform with a simple and elegant appearance;
5. The surface light is composed of 48 independent light sources, each driven by a constant current source and continuously adjustable;
6. Equipped with our company's dedicated fully automatic measurement software QuickMeasuring, greatly improving measurement efficiency.
IISoftware features:
1. Professional measurement functions: measuring points, lines, distance between points and lines, distance between parallel lines, angles, arcs, multi-point regression circles, distance between centers of two circles, and three-dimensional dimensions.
2. Result display method: Switching units such as mm, um, inch, mil.
3. Accuracy correction: The software provides linear and nonlinear accuracy compensation, which can verify the accuracy of the hardware at any time and correct any inaccuracies.
4. Positioning function: including functions such as returning to the mechanical origin, single point translation, and alignment.
5. Memory point calling: Existing measurement point data on the graph can be used for memory calling, directly performing various calculation functions, drawing graphs, which is convenient and fast.
6. SPC statistical function: automatically recognize measurement data and calculate its maximum, minimum, average, standard value, Ca, CP, Cpk... operations, and can be applied to real-time measurement and judgment on production lines.
7. Export function: Automatically convert to EXCEL or WORD to generate detection reports; When drawing lines, circles, and arcs directly, the measured shapes such as lines, circles, and arc angles are directly transferred to CAD software to generate corresponding CAD engineering drawings.
