- The redesigned Accutom cutting machine produced by Struers has been optimized with high precision and ease of use, providing users with a good starting point for obtaining high-quality samples. This cutting machine contains various easy-to-use features that provide world-class cutting accuracy while minimizing workload to the greatest extent possible. Accutom-100 includes multi blade cutting function to further improve production efficiency, as well as a grinding mode (which supports multiple bi-directional finishing between steps) to ensure excellent flatness.
World class high-precision
Easily achieve high-precision positioning with fingertips. The operation buttons on the control panel can move the sample holder in increments of 5 or 100 microns in the X direction and the cutting/cup wheel motor in the Y direction. By directly installing the X motion arm on the sample holder, high precision and parallelism are ensured.
Easy to learn and use
The intuitive user interface provides a clear overview of each method and related cutting wheel. The intelligent rotating/pushing knob supports quick selection of settings, and the large icon provides an easy to understand overview of functions.
Best Preparation Quality
The grinding mode is provided on Accutom-100 and can be used for all types of materials (using multiple bi-directional finishing between movements in the X direction to ensure excellent flatness). Two grinding methods are provided for precise control of material removal to achieve optimal preparation results.
