863 filter is a pressure fiber filter with advanced structure and excellent performance. Working principle of 863 filter


The 863 filter consists of a fixed porous plate, fiber bundles, movable porous plate, air distribution device, etc. One end of the fiber bundle filter material is fixed on a fixed porous plate, and the other end of the filter material is equipped with a self-service adjustment device that can change the fiber density. The device is equipped with a guide component to prevent jamming.
During operation, the 863 filter receives water from the upper part and water from the lower part. At this time, under the action of water flow and gravity, the self-service fiber density adjustment device pushes the fiber filter bed downwards, compressing the fiber filter layer. Its packing density gradually increases along the direction of water flow, causing the porosity of the filter layer to gradually decrease from large to small along the direction of water flow. Correspondingly, the pore diameter and pore size of the filter layer gradually decrease, thus forming a particularly ideal variable pore deep filtration state. The filtration process includes both horizontal and vertical deep filtration, effectively improving the filtration accuracy.
When the filter layer is contaminated and needs to be cleaned and regenerated, the cleaning water passes through the fiber filter bed in the opposite direction. Under the action of backwash water flow and cleaning air, the self-service fiber density adjustment device drives the fiber filter bed to move upward, causing the fiber filter material to stretch upward and reach a loose state. Through the air-water mixing cleaning technology, the fiber filter material is constantly shaking longitudinally during the process of bubble aggregation and hydraulic flushing, which makes the fiber filter material thoroughly cleaned and achieves the ideal cleaning effect.


Characteristics of 863 filter

1. High filtration efficiency: The diameter of the filter material can reach tens of micrometers to several micrometers, with a huge specific surface area, and the removal rate of suspended solids in water can be close to 100%. Water treated with good coagulation:

(1) When the suspended solids content is 20mg/L, the suspended solids in the filtered water can reach below 2mg/L;

(2) The removal rate of suspended solids with a particle size greater than 5 μ m reaches 90-95%.

The 863 filter has a significant removal effect on impurities such as bacteria, viruses, large organic molecules, colloids, and iron.

2. Stepless variable porosity filter layer: During filtration, it automatically forms a continuously variable porosity layer state with gradually decreasing porosity along the water flow direction of the filter bed, without the need for manual grading like granular filter materials.

3. Stable performance and long service life:

(1) After modification treatment, the performance of the fiber does not deteriorate and it has strong chemical stability. The service life of the filter material can generally reach 5-10 years;


(2) The 863 filter has sufficient chemical stability, with no harmful components dissolved during water filtration. The polypropylene fiber thread has light texture, high strength, good elasticity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and does not absorb water.

4. Reasonable structure: The floating board has no obstruction: the unique guiding device can ensure that the floating board will not tilt or get stuck; Automatic adjustment of filter layer density: The filter layer density automatically matches the process without the need for power; When cleaning the filter material, it should be completely relaxed and high-intensity air can be used for scrubbing. The cleaning should be thorough and the filter layer should not be compacted.

5. Fast filtration speed: The 863 filter is designed with a filtration speed of 30m/h, ensuring good filtration effect within the range of 25-35m/h.

6. Large interception capacity: generally 5-15kg/m3 filter material, which is 2-3 times that of traditional filters.

7. Small footprint: To produce the same amount of water, the footprint is only one-third to one eighth of that of traditional filters.

8. Low cost per ton of water: producing the same amount of water at a lower cost than traditional filters.

9. Low self consumption water: The 863 filter only consumes 1-3% of the periodic water production, and can generally be backwashed with raw water.
