Maintenance and Precautions

1. When the electric furnace is used twice or after a long period of disuse, it must be dried in an oven. Slow heating can achieve the purpose of drying the oven.

2. When using an electric furnace, the furnace temperature should not exceed the rated temperature to avoid damaging the heating elements. The furnace should be regularly cleaned of iron filings, oxides, etc.

3. Regularly check whether the contact at each connection line of the electric furnace is good.

4. The instrument should be kept clean, tidy, and regularly oiled to prevent rusting of the mechanical parts of the equipment.
