Overview

The fully automatic freeze grinder LM200 is applied to samples with strong toughness and thermal sensitivity that are difficult to grind and pulverize at room temperature, such as rubber composition analysis, plastic composition analysis, food composition analysis, mineral composition analysis, animal and plant tissue analysis, drug composition analysis, DNA detection in biochemistry, cell wall breaking pulverization, and other fields.

Product Details

With the rapid development of technology, biochemical DNA testing and polymer analysis testing are becoming increasingly important. In order to maintain the various components and biological information of the sample, low-temperature crushing has become a necessary choice.Fully automatic freeze grinderLM200Keep the sample at a low temperature of -196 ℃ to make it brittle and prevent the volatilization of volatile substances in the sample. The structure and composition information of the sample are effectively preserved, thereby achieving good grinding effect.

*The electromagnetic impact force ensures the effectiveness of grinding. The automatic control function of liquid nitrogen quantity avoids the contact and danger of manual operation.Freezing grinderIt can also be used for dry grinding at room temperature, making it an ideal instrument for processing thermosensitive samples and grinding various samples for biochemical DNA/RNA detection.

Application Areas

Applied to samples with strong toughness and thermal sensitivity that are difficult to grind and pulverize at room temperature, such as rubber composition analysis, plastic composition analysis, food composition analysis, mineral composition analysis, animal and plant tissue analysis, drug composition analysis, biochemical DNA detection, cell wall breaking pulverization, and other fields.

working principle

Use electromagnetic oscillation impact to grind and crush samples. Place the sample and metal impact column together into a grinding jar, seal both ends of the jar with plugs, and then place it into an electromagnetic vibration drum coil. The electromagnetic coil and grinding tank are immersed in liquid nitrogen for pre freezing and impact grinding, and the entire process is carried out in a liquid nitrogen environment (-196 ℃). The magnetic force generated by the electromagnetic vibration coil drives the impact column to make horizontal reciprocating motion, continuously impacting the sample, causing the frozen and brittle sample to be quickly ground and crushed.

Fully automatic freeze grinderLM200 product features

Adopting the principle of electromagnetic vibration impact, the grinding speed is fast, the precision is high, the uniformity is good, and the repeatability is good;
Adopting a streamlined design that conforms to the principles of human dynamics, the operation is simple and convenient, and the color matching is beautiful and fashionable;
Easy to operate control panel, adjustable impact frequency, pre freezing time, impact grinding time, cycle grinding times, etc;
Adopting a liquid nitrogen automatic filling system to automatically replenish the liquid nitrogen consumed during the sample freezing and grinding process, ensuring the stability and safety of freezing and grinding;
○ Safety performance design, when the instrument cover is in the open state, the instrument cannot be started; The instrument can only be started when the cover is closed and locked;

Multiple specifications of grinding cans and impact columns, suitable for a wider range of applications

We offer a variety of sizes of grinding cans for customers to choose from, suitable for grinding various types of hard, medium hard, soft, brittle, elastic, and fibrous samples.

In order to achieve better grinding results, it is necessary to choose a suitable size of grinding tank according to the amount of grinding samples. It is recommended that the sample filling amount be 5% -25% of the grinding tank volume (depending on the characteristics of different samples).

A cryogenic grinder, also known as a low-temperature grinder, is a sample grinding pretreatment instrument that adds temperature control treatment to a conventional laboratory ball mill. It can achieve fine grinding of samples in low-temperature environments or indoor constant temperature environments. Common ones include low-temperature planetary ball mills, low-temperature vibration ball mills, and low-temperature tissue grinders.

When the ball mill is running, the grinding balls will undergo high-frequency impact and friction in the ball mill tank, generating a lot of heat and causing the internal temperature of the ball mill tank to rise. The longer the grinding time, the more heat is generated. And some thermosensitive and fibrous samples will change their characteristics after the temperature rises, so it is necessary to control the temperature during grinding.
The grinding application of cryogenic grinder can analyze samples from any source, but it can damage the grinding equipment when grinding some special samples, increase its maintenance frequency, and reduce the service life of the grinding equipment.
The application of cryogenic grinder in grinding and crushing hard and brittle materials. For example, when grinding ceramic samples, the grinding equipment will quickly wear out, increase maintenance frequency, and the quality and fineness of the processed surface will seriously decrease. This not only affects the grinding efficiency of the sample, but also increases the processing cost of experimental crushing, resulting in a decrease in the qualified rate of grinding, and various problems that are prone to occur during the grinding process, thereby reducing the service life of the grinding equipment.
The importance of sample grinding uniformity. Uneven grinding and wear of samples can cause changes in the flatness of multiple samples. Uneven grinding of multiple samples can result in uneven grinding pressure, and the flatness of the workpiece cannot meet the processing requirements. It can also cause wear and tear on the grinding equipment. However, the uniformity of the sample is good, which can ensure that the workpieces processed for a long time have good surface fineness in batch processing, thereby reducing the repair frequency of the fully automatic grinder, improving the grinding efficiency and qualification rate of the sample, and reducing the experimental application cost.
Freeze grinding equipment can be used in various industry fields, including molecular biology, public security forensics, archaeological identification, agricultural breeding, dental examination and other applications. Especially with the deepening of research in the field of life sciences, experimental operations often require analysis from a molecular biology perspective, which in turn leads to an increasing demand for sample pretreatment. This grinding equipment not only meets the requirements for sample experiments, but also efficiently and quickly assists in the completion of experiments.
Therefore, it is important to avoid damage to the grinding equipment during the process of assisting sample grinding. Reducing the occurrence of damage can reduce the maintenance frequency of the grinding equipment and better apply the grinding equipment. However, during the application period, cleaning and maintenance of the grinding equipment are also necessary, and residual grinding fluid can corrode the grinding equipment and cause damage.
