The RDTL-0200 includes an RB-5 drive system, which comes standard with an electromagnetic motor and controller, a system manifold, a water tank with a circulation pump, pressure sensors, and temperature sensors. It is suitable for loading all sizes of vascular implant test samples. Optional optical calipers can be used to measure the outer diameter of simulated blood vessels, or system manifolds suitable for different simulated blood vessel sizes can be selected.
Simulate dual motor drive - not just simulation, but better!
The dual motor simulation system of BDC enables the system to synchronously output specific excitation pressure waveforms on both sides of each simulated blood vessel, with two synchronized pressurization segments in each cycle and preventing standing waves. By simulating a dual motor drive device, ensure that the prosthesis forms comparable and consistent deformation across the entire width range.

RDTL-0200 Bracket Fatigue Testing MachinehaveThe TrueSwap capability ensures that users can test all vascular stent prostheses with diameters ranging from 2.5 millimeters to 50 millimeters on one device. According to the different diameters and shapes of simulated blood vessels, the system common tube can provide 12, 8, 6, or 4 sample installation positions. For stent samples of different diameter sizes, it is not necessary to replace the entire instrument, but only to replace the corresponding common tube system to implement testing. The system comes with 4 optional main pipe systems, which can be used to accommodate simulated blood vessels up to 400 millimeters in length, including straight pipes, bends, or bifurcations.

Optical caliper with bracket
RDTL can be equipped with an optical caliper for precise measurement of dynamic deformation of samples and calculation of strain. The optical caliper is installed on a sliding platform and can measure the deformation at any point in the width direction of the sample. By rotating the manifold system and moving a specific sample tube into the laser testing area, all fixed samples in the system can be measured. Each laser caliper option includes parts such as laser emitter and receiver, bracket, linear guide rail, and counterweight.
