The newly designed high-speed 3D wire extrusion line adopts advanced components, with a maximum production line speed of up to 130 meters per minute, suitable for most types of resins such as polylactic acid (PLA), polyethylene terephthalate (PETG)Thermoplastic polyurethane（TPU）、ABS、 Polyamide (PA), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and carbon fiber composite materials. It is capable of producing wires with diameters of 1.75 millimeters and 2.85 millimeters (other diameters can be provided upon request), compatible with all brands of printers, and can operate 24/7, bringing you a good return on investment.

The 3D wire extrusion line adopts 40mmSingle screw extruderOptional dry hopper and automatic loading system. It is very compact, with a total length of only 10.5 meters. This is thanks to the shortened heating and cooling water tank, which has three independent water chambers where the wires are tapered, heated, and cooled in a zigzag pattern.

The extrusion line also adopts a newly designed horizontal accumulator and winding device, which complies with CE safety regulations and other world safety regulations. The horizontal accumulator can accommodate up to 200 meters of wire, giving operators enough time to replace the reels on the rewinder. Finally, the extrusion line adopts a new single station winding device and is equipped with a new laying system, which can lay the wires side by side on the reel.

Product Introduction

1、 40mm single screw extruder

The barrel is heated in Zone 4, with a processing temperature of up to 300 ℃ (optional 400 ℃ and 450 ℃). The 22 kW vector motor has a screw speed of up to 200 revolutions per minute and is specially designed for wire production. The mixed screw can be either a bimetallic screw or a barrel, with high wear resistance. The optional pressure and melt temperature sensors are used to monitor pressure and temperature, and the optional drying hopper is available

2、 3D wire mold head

Chrome plated and polished two heating zones inside the mold head for precise temperature control. Single hole mold head with a diameter of 1.75mm or 2.85mm (other diameters are optional)

3、 3-chamber cooling and sizing water tank

2-side hot water chamber, middle cold water chamber

Accurate water temperature control can gradually cool the extruded wire

Prevent shrinkage and bubbles, making the wire smoother

4、 Traction unit

Two pairs of durable and highly wear-resistant rubber rollers
