The VDT-3600i heart valve fatigue testing machine is used to perform accelerated fatigue durability testing and evaluation of aortic valve, mitral valve, and pulmonary valve implanted through catheterization or surgical implantation according to the requirements of ISO 5840. This system consists of 6 independent testing stations, each driven by an independent electromagnetic motor, allowing for independent control of displacement and frequency for each station.

Driven by a durable RB-5 motor, the liquid is pushed through the test valve to simulate the valve opening and closing actions in the clinical environment inside the body, accelerating the testing frequency up to 50 Hz.

Modular design meets work flexibility requirements.

In addition, when purchasing for the first time, users can also choose a 6-station base with only one or more testing units. When the subsequent testing needs increase, it can be upgraded to more testing units on site until the 6-station complete testing platform is reached.

Each station's independent spiral micrometer type throttle control valve allows users to perform independent fluid dynamics loading control for each valve

Each testing unit includes one inflow and one outflow liquid pressure sensor

The fluid circulation system of each testing module can be independent of the entire system. If more prostheses fail, it does not affect the system's ability to continue testing the remaining valve samples

The StaySTMVDT software package provides continuous real-time monitoring and data recording functions, which can continuously record system parameters and set alarms and safety variables for each testing station. The standard configuration includes email alarm function

The ISOCounAccuracy software feature package can estimate the actual number of cycle tests under user set testing conditions
