Labtech's spinning system is capable of processing various common polymers such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polypropylene (PP), and nylon (PA), as well as biodegradable polymers such as polylactic acid (PLA), to produce fine circular POY fibers with cross-sectional diameters as small as 300 microns. These fibers have the characteristics of smooth surface, high tensile strength, and good flexibility.

1、 16mm single screw extruder

This single screw extruder has a length to diameter ratio of 30L/D and a maximum extrusion capacity of 2.5kg/h, suitable for processing common thermoplastic plastics such as PET, PP, PA, and PLA. This melt spun silk thread also has high temperature and corrosion resistant models, used for processing special polymers.

2、 Spinneret

Used for producing continuous filaments without melt stagnation. The spinneret has 8-24 holes, each with a diameter of 0.8mm.

3、 Cooling air box

660mm long, used for filament solidification and maintaining consistent diameter.

4、 Spinning coating machine

Used to make the filament more uniform and eliminate static electricity.

5、 Traction roller with heating

The stretching rate can be adjusted within the range of 50-1000m/min, used to stretch long filaments at the desired temperature and stretching rate.

6、 Roll up system

Make the filament roll smoothly and evenly.
