Attention should be paid to using clean air when operating the air source. Do not use compressed air containing chemicals such as synthetic oil, salt, corrosive gases, or organic solvents, as it may cause product damage or malfunction.
Usage environment: 1. Do not use in explosive gas environments. Do not use in places with vibration or impact. If there is a heat source around, please cover the radiant heat. Do not use in environments with temperatures exceeding the product specifications.
Maintenance check: 1. Please perform maintenance check according to the instructions in the user manual. If the operation is incorrect, it may cause damage to components or devices and result in poor operation. Before dismantling the components and compressed air supply and exhaust components, please cut off the supply of air and power, and exhaust the compressed air in the system. In addition, when reinstalling or replacing restart components, please first confirm safety and ensure that the components can work properly. Please remove any remaining chemical solution, replace with deionized water (pure water), air, etc. before proceeding with the operation. Do not disassemble the product. Our company does not provide warranty for products that have been disassembled. If you need to decompose, please contact our company or agency. In order to use the valve at its optimal performance, please regularly inspect and maintain the valve and joint parts for leaks.
Precautions for use: When using gases such as 1N2 or air, there may be valve leaks below 1cm3/min (at air pressure) when the product leaves the factory. Please be aware. When using a small flow rate, the LV □ series with flow adjustment may experience vibration depending on the usage conditions. Therefore, please thoroughly check the flow rate, pressure, and piping conditions before use. The 3LV □ series may experience water hammer depending on fluid pressure conditions. In most cases, improvement can be achieved by adjusting the pilot pressure through the use of speed control valves, but please check the flow rate, pressure, and piping conditions. When adjusting the flow rate of the LV □ series, please slowly open it in the fully closed state. Adjust the handwheel to open when rotating counterclockwise. In addition, do not apply excessive force to the handwheel when approaching the fully open or fully closed state. Otherwise, it may cause deformation of the orifice plate surface or damage to the threaded part of the adjustment handwheel. When the product leaves the factory, it is in a fully closed state. Furthermore, even when the locking nut is tightened, please do not apply excessive force to the adjustment handwheel. Please adjust the handwheel while the locking nut is loose. Before starting, please test run it if it has not been used for a long time. Due to LVC being packaged in a clean room, please pay special attention when opening it. Please pay special attention to the lever operation direction and use of the 7 LVH series.
Please regularly drain the condensate from the air filter.
