Mi iridium laser displacement sensor ILD1750 updated NCDT 1750, GermanyMi iridiumoptoNCDT 1750Sensors are designed specifically for measurement tasks in factory automation, machines, and systems. Despite being very compact in size, these robust laser displacement sensing devices are integrated with controllers. Therefore, simple installation and wiring can be carried out in narrow, enclosed spaces or on robots. Its high performance enables sensors to obtain accurate measurement results at high measurement rates.
Micro Epsilon Triangle Reflection Displacement Sensor NCDT 1750Product Structure:
Mi iridium laser displacement sensor ILD1750 updated NCDT 1750Measurement principle:
The laser triangle reflection displacement sensor works using a laser diode, which projects a visible light spot on the surface of the measured object. The light reflected (diffused) from the light spot is imaged on the photosensitive plate inside the sensor through a light receiving system. When the distance between the sensor and the object being measured changes, the laser reflection angle will also change accordingly, causing the imaging position on the photosensitive element inside the sensor to change. At this point, the sensor will re measure and evaluate the light spot and reflection angle. The optoNCDT laser triangulation displacement sensor measures the distance between a very small light spot and a distant target. A larger measurement distance can be used for non-contact measurement of difficult surfaces, such as hot metals. With over 85 standard models and a measurement range of 2-1000 mm, it can meet a wide range of applications in many different industries. The optoNCDT Blue Laser (BL) model uses a blue laser beam, which, due to its short wavelength, will not penetrate the measurement object. The light spot is sharply projected onto the measurement object to achieve stable and accurate measurement results. Blue laser technology is more suitable for hot luminescent metals as well as organic and transparent objects. Capable of measuring red hot luminescent objects and transparent objects (such as plastics, adhesives, and glass) with temperatures exceeding 700 ° C. On these surfaces, optoNCDT blue light displacement sensors have achieved excellent results
Signal stability and high-precision measurement results.

Narrow line laser displacement sensor for reliable measurement of metal surfaces
The optoNCDT LL sensor uses a narrow laser line to project onto the surface of the object being measured. Laser lines and special software algorithms can compensate for interference caused by surface roughness, defects, dents, or small holes on metal surfaces. That's why optoNCDT LL sensors can achieve high accuracy in measurement tasks on metal surfaces.
Iridium laser displacement sensorNCDT 1750Product dimensions:
OptoNCDT 1750 provides real-time surface compensation (RTSC) function, which can determine the reflection amount of the target surface in real time during continuous exposure. The exposure time or light intensity generated by the laser is best matched with the reflection characteristics of the target surface. This enables very reliable measurements even on highly reflective surfaces.
