The experimental line of this student has three extruders connected to three-layer feeding distribution blocks and casting film die heads, and is equipped with a large cooling roller with a diameter of 145 millimeters and a width of 150 millimeters, which can be adjusted horizontally and vertically.

Features:

• Adopting a mini design with a floor area of 1.7 x 1 meter and a height of 1.4 meters, it can easily accommodate even very crowded laboratories.

• Mini extruders can process most conventional polymer particles.

• The entire experimental line is installed on a sturdy steel cabinet, which contains all the main power cables and electrical components, and has a very neat appearance.

• Three mini single screw extruders are installed on the top platform of the cabinet.

• Flat film mold head, with an opening width of 125 millimeters and adjustable lip gap.

• The cooling roller can move vertically and horizontally to adjust the gap between the mold head and the cooling roller.

• The rubber pressure roller of the cooling roller has a handle that can swing and firmly lock it in a position away from or towards the cooling roller.

• The position pressed on the cooling roller ensures that the film is tightly wrapped around the cooling roller to achieve optimal cooling efficiency.

• The film tension roller can be opened with a handle, and the tension can be adjusted by a spring screw.

• The film winding device can accommodate films with a maximum width of 100 millimeters and is equipped with inflatable core winding with a core diameter of 3 inches.

1、 16mm single screw extruder

The new mini extruder, with a diameter of 16 millimeters and a length to diameter ratio of 30, is installed on a heavy-duty platform equipped with sliding rails. The extruder barrel is easy to clean and disassemble the screw. The C-shaped fixture on the barrel flange can quickly and safely connect the mold head

2、 3-layer co extruded feeding distribution block

Splitting the resin streams from three extruders into "sandwich" layers and then parallel feeding them into a flat die can form ABA, AB, or only A layer structures

3、 Hanger type flat mold head

Mold width 125mm

Mold lip gap 0.1-2.0mm adjustable standard maximum temperature 300 ℃ (optional 400 ℃)

4、 Cooling roller unit

A large cooling roller with a diameter of 145 millimeters and a width of 150 millimeters can move vertically and horizontally to adjust the gap between the mold head and the cooling roller, reducing melt necking. The rubber pressure roller can be manually positioned. The winding speed is 0-10m/min.

5、 Full computer LCD touch screen control

The entire experimental line includes extruders, die layers, and cold roll units, all controlled by a 12 inch touch screen with temperature and speed control functions
