Entering mid November, the laboratory's year-end research and testing tasks have entered the sprint stage. Shanghai Yuanheng International Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuanheng International") focuses on the core goals of "ensuring supply, controlling costs, and improving efficiency", continuously optimizing the model on the basis of existing services, and taking measures that are more in line with actual needs to help customers smoothly advance their year-end work.
November is a key milestone for the laboratory's year-end sprint, ensuring continuous supply of consumables while also helping customers control costs and improve efficiency, "said the general manager of Yuanheng International. Based on the feedback from the current graded stocking plan, the company has launched a new round of service optimization: for high-frequency consumables such as Sedolis sample trays and PerkinElmer standard samples, the" Intelligent Inventory Warning Reminder "service has been launched - the system automatically calculates the remaining available time of consumables through customer device usage frequency and historical procurement data. When the inventory is below 30 days of use, the replenishment window period is prompted through SMS and platform messages to avoid customer negligence leading to supply interruption; At the same time, we will expand the reserve categories of short shelf life reagents stored in the three major regions, and add 12 types of commonly used reagents in specific fields such as sodium fluoride (commonly used for environmental testing) and xylenol orange (metal ion titration reagent), further shortening the response cycle of emergency orders. Currently, the delivery time of emergency reagents at the East China storage point has been compressed to within 24 hours.
At the technical support level, in order to help customers improve their equipment self maintenance capabilities, Yuanheng International has abandoned the traditional online live streaming format and instead launched a more practical "dual track guidance service": on the one hand, it has collaborated with equipment manufacturers such as PerkinElmer and Sartoris to develop a "Model Equipment Maintenance Practical Manual", which is classified according to equipment types such as "balance/centrifuge/chromatograph", and provides detailed instructions on daily calibration steps and replacement methods for vulnerable parts. It also includes disassembly diagrams and operation videos with QR codes. Customers can scan the code to watch key step demonstrations, and the manual is delivered offline to cooperative customer laboratories for easy reference during on-site operations; On the other hand, a "manufacturer joint consultation hotline" has been opened, and equipment manufacturers' technical personnel are arranged to be stationed on site every Wednesday afternoon to answer inquiries. They provide one-on-one solutions to specific problems raised by customers such as "balance accuracy drift" and "abnormal pressure of the chromatograph". As of November 10th, they have solved equipment maintenance problems for 23 customers, with a problem-solving rate of over 95%.
We hope to connect the entire chain of 'consumables supply+technical support' to enable customers to have no worries about consumables supply interruption during the year-end sprint stage, and to independently handle common equipment problems, "the general manager added. In the future, the company will dynamically adjust the threshold parameters for warning and alert and the service period of the consulting hotline based on customer feedback, ensuring that the service always meets the changes in year-end demand, helping customers efficiently complete year-end experimental tasks, and laying the foundation for the start of next year's business.
