In October 2025, Yantai Longda Materials will conduct research and development on materials such as coatings, porous carbon, organic silicon, epoxy, polyurethane adhesives, etc., and will require a resistance tester for breakdown testing. Therefore, they will purchase resistance breakdown equipment from our factory.

Its BDJC series covers a voltage range of 10KV to 150KV, suitable for dielectric strength testing of materials such as films, rubber, ceramics, etc. It is equipped with PLC control modules and discharge systems, and meets insulation material testing standards.

Vertical resistance testing technology
Measuring the resistivity under dynamic pressure using the four terminal method, supporting the evaluation of the conductivity performance of new energy battery materials such as carbon paper and bipolar plates, with a pressure accuracy of ± 0.5%

Customization of intelligent detection equipment
Combining the BEST-380 resistivity tester from Beiguang Precision Instrument (supporting high-precision detection) with the accumulation of Longda materials in the synthesis process of organic silicon, optimize the production yield of organic silicon materials.

Laboratory co construction and standard output
Referring to the cooperation model between Beiguang Precision Instrument and Chinalco Shandong Group (providing resistance tester, dielectric constant tester, breakdown tester, leakage trace tester, tensile tester, and hardness tester), both parties can jointly establish a new material joint laboratory to promote the development of industry standards in the field of Longda material testing.
