The UK VJTech direct shear instrument of China Geological Environment Monitoring Institute has been successfully accepted

In October 2019,The UK VJTech fully automatic shear testing system purchased by the China Geological Environment Monitoring InstituteComplete the acceptance of the goods upon arrival.

Instrument installation and debugging completed

The VJ Tech ShearSCAN Pro motor controlled shearing system uses a stepper motor to apply horizontal and vertical loads to the specimen, and the independent desktop model eliminates the need for a large amount of counterweight for the self weight system.

The introduction of advanced electronic design concepts enables the ShearSCAN Pro shear apparatus to perform constant shear, direct shear, and residual strength shear. Through the csOEDO component module, this device can also perform consolidation tests. In normal mode, it is connected to the PC via Ethernet and automatically remotely controlled using our Clisp Studio software.
Through the csCONSHAR software (including csSHEAR software), for an experiment, the device can provide three feasible consolidation modes, three vertical load control modes corresponding to a certain shear mode, and six shear modes corresponding to a specific vertical load control mode.
The ShearSCAN Pro cutting system is equipped with a 7-inch color integrated touch display screen, which allows the device to operate independently and control the conduct of simple experiments. The test results can be viewed through the display screen, and the test data can be stored in the built-in SD card. Storage files support USB import and export.
The system is equipped with a customizable meshing function, limit switches that can automatically change direction, and automatic protection devices for upper and lower limits of sensors.
