Solution to the problem of opening laboratory instrument electronic balance

With the continuous improvement of instrument automation, the use of electronic scales has become increasingly widespread. Although laboratory instrument electronic balance is easy to operate, it is a balance that uses electromagnetic force or electromagnetic torque balance principle for weighing.
　　　　
1、 Open problem - no display after opening:
　　
1) There is no 220V current connected to the AC socket on the balance power socket;
　　
2) If the AC adapter is incorrect, choose a 220V~AC adapter (external transformer) suitable for working in China;
　　
3) If the AC adapter is broken, replace it with a new one;

1) If the calibration data of the electronic balance is lost, please recalibrate the balance;

1) The placement environment of the balance is too poor, and the windproof window is not closed. Improve the placement environment of the balance and close all windproof windows
　　
2) Calibration features: After preheating for 1 hour, the electronic balance undergoes * automatic calibrations; The second environment is 2 hours after the balance is turned on; Then, after keeping the balance powered on for 150 hours, it will automatically calibrate on time. If necessary, manual calibration (internal calibration) can be triggered at any time. After the electronic balance is turned on, it will automatically calibrate. If necessary, it can also be manually triggered for calibration (internal calibration) at any time. Some electronic scales can only be used for external calibration. 3) Calibration error: AB/PB/GB/SB used incorrect external weights for external calibration. When entering the external calibration program, a flashing weight value will appear on the balance, and the weight with this value will be used for external calibration. 4) The electronic balance display shows "CALL" in the upper right corner: When "CALL" appears on the display, the display causes the balance to work incorrectly and requires internal calibration. After the electronic balance completes internal calibration, the "CALL" will automatically disappear.

1) Improving the environment by placing the balance in a poor environment;
　　
2) The parameter settings in the balance menu are not good. After entering the menu, use the "RESET" function to correctly exit the menu and return to the factory settings;
　　
3) Keep the temperature of hands in the weighing room as low as possible to minimize this human factor
　　
4) The temperature of the object being weighed has not reached isothermal with the balance, and the sample is placed next to the balance at isothermal.
　　
5) The sample has characteristics such as water absorption, water release, static electricity, magnetism, etc. Refer to the "Mettler Toledo Balance for Proper Weighing/Electronic Analysis Balance" to overcome the aforementioned effects in order to accurately weigh and use microbalances
　　
5、 Balance opening problem - After opening, there is no display
　　
1) The environment in which the balance is placed is too poor: environmental factors include vibration, airflow, temperature, and external magnetic fields. It is necessary to improve the above environment and close the windproof window of the weighing room for the balance to work properly.
　　
2) Poor parameter settings in the balance menu: After entering the menu, use the "RESET" function to correctly exit the menu and return to the factory settings;

1. The suction and discharge of desiccants create airflow in different directions, causing changes in air buoyancy and resulting in unstable weighing. Therefore, the desiccants in the weighing room should be removed to maintain a stable weighing environment;

1) Uninstalled weighing plate: After power off, install the correct weighing plate first, and then turn on the balance;
　　
2) Wrong weighing: Use the correct weighing device that matches the balance
　　
3) Collision between the weighing plate and the windproof ring: Due to improper installation, please identify the cause of the collision and reinstall it correctly.
