Since the launch of the "Laboratory Instrument Maintenance Month" special service by Shanghai Yuanheng International Trade Co., Ltd. ten days ago, the lightweight service model centered on online guidance has gradually been implemented. While controlling service costs, it has effectively solved some customers' equipment usage problems and received practical feedback.

Service docking is steadily advancing, with online guidance becoming the main force. As of now, 32 research institutes and testing institutions have made appointments for services through telephone or online platforms. Among them, 21 customers who have cooperated for more than a year have completed online docking for core equipment basic calibration. The technical consultation hotline has responded to a total of 120 customer inquiries, nearly doubling from the initial stage of the event. The problems are concentrated in common faults such as abnormal noise during centrifuge operation and data drift of moisture measuring instruments. 96% of the problems are directly solved through remote guidance, and only 3 cases require offline minimalist services to be arranged, effectively reducing the additional expenses of cross regional services.

The "Troubleshooting Manual for Common Experimental Instruments" has been downloaded online 89 times. The manual includes "Calibration Steps for Sartorius Balance" and "Hash"COD digestion instrumentPractical content such as pipeline dredging has been frequently consulted. Based on the consulting data, the technical team has supplemented three high-frequency problem solutions, including "centrifuge rotor balance detection techniques", and pushed them to customers with relevant equipment through the customer service platform.
