Our company launches customized services for silent hydraulic oil source systems

Recently, in response to the needs of some hydraulic industry customers, our company has launched customized services for silent hydraulic oil source systems, which can provide various flow rates of silent hydraulic oil sources. The maximum flow rate can reach 1200L/min, using imported Leymus pump and oil immersed motor, with noise ≤ 68dB (at 1m).

The silent oil source has the following functional characteristics:

1. The overall structure of the pump station adopts a silent mode, requiring both the oil pump and motor to be immersed in oil. Imported Rexroth variable displacement pump (A10VSO71 immersion type) and imported oil immersed motor are used.

2. The hydraulic pump source is an integral mechanism unit, using a common oil tank. The oil tank material is phosphated carbon steel plate, with a capacity of not less than 2200L and a sturdy structure. In addition to general functions, it also has anti foaming function. The entire unit is equipped with movable and placement support devices, ensuring reliable support during placement.

3. The fuel tank top cover is equipped with ventilation holes, and an air filter is installed at the ventilation holes. The fuel tank cap is equipped with a liquid level indicator, liquid level sensor, and temperature sensor, with a sloping bottom surface for easy cleaning and maintenance.

4.During normal use of the pump source, it has the function of emergency unloading under overpressure and the function of starting other oil pumps without unloading.
