Notice of Spring Festival holiday extension

Dear leaders and colleagues, good New Year!

In order to effectively prevent and control the pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus and effectively block the spread of the epidemic, the relevant personnel of Beijing Pinzhi Chuangsi Precision Instrument Co., Ltd. have a holiday and relevant work arrangements are as follows:

1、 Resumption time
1. The resumption date has been postponed to February 10th (Monday); Please work from home from February 3rd to 10th and arrange your work through email, phone, video, and other means.
Employees who have not left Beijing will resume work on February 10th;
3. Employees who leave Beijing (excluding Hubei) must arrive in Beijing no later than February 6th. After arriving in Beijing, they should self isolate at home for 3 days to ensure that they can return to work healthy on the 10th; On the evening of February 6th, the Human Resources and Administration Department will collect all personnel's geographical locations and pictures of their return tickets;
4. During the Spring Festival, individuals who pass through Hubei Province or have a history of travel/personal contact in Hubei Province, as well as a history of contact with suspected cases, are required to self isolate for 14 days upon returning to Beijing and must be in good health before resuming work; If you have returned to quarantine early for 14 days, you can resume work on February 10th; Colleagues who are unable to resume work/complete quarantine after February 10th, please complete the quarantine on your own and report to the Human Resources and Administration Department through enterprise WeChat;
5. If you are unable to return to Beijing on time due to local epidemic or traffic control, please follow the unified arrangements of the local government and work from home after the 3rd; After returning to Beijing, quarantine at home for three days before going to work at the company;
6. Colleagues working in different locations: According to the regulations issued by the local government, please return to work at the resumption time. When returning to work, please follow the above requirements to complete quarantine and ensure a healthy return to work.

2、 Self prevention and control of the epidemic
1. Please pay attention to keeping warm, ensuring indoor ventilation and personal hygiene, and wash your hands frequently; Wear a mask for protection when going out; Strengthen physical exercise to enhance immunity; Maintain a light diet and avoid contact and predation of wild animals; Pay attention to rest during holidays and drink moderately; Avoid crowded places;
If there is a fever, it should be reported to the leader and self isolated for observation. Those with serious conditions should seek medical treatment as soon as possible;

3、 Office management and prevention and control
1. All personnel must wear protective masks when engaging in activities in public places after resuming work;
2. Upon entering the company, one should consciously cooperate with the staff's temperature checks and arrangements for epidemic prevention measures;
3. The company will arrange daily disinfection of public areas in the office, such as offices, meeting rooms, pantry, leisure areas, etc;
4. In the near future, all departments should pay attention to the physical health of employees, especially colleagues involved in Hubei travel. In case of special circumstances, it is necessary to promptly notify the Human Resources and Administration Department.

4、 Requirements for business trips and meetings:
1. In principle, no centralized meetings or activities should be organized in the near future, and outings should be minimized as much as possible. Meetings should be held in video format as much as possible, and business trips should not be arranged unless there are special circumstances, let alone to areas with severe epidemics;
2. For those who have business travel plans in the near future, approval from the department head and general manager is required; If there is a special need to go abroad, the boss should be informed before the business trip;
2. Reduce unnecessary visits and suspend reception of visitors from or who have recently visited Wuhan.
