The May Day holiday is approaching. According to the "Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2024" and combined with the actual situation of our company, we hereby notify the following matters related to the May Day holiday:
holiday periodMay 1, 2024 (Wednesday) to May 5, 2024 (Sunday) will be on holiday for 5 days. Work as usual on May 6th (Sunday).
Holiday precautions
1. Each department should arrange their own pre holiday work properly. Before the end of work on April 30th, each department should organize safety inspections to ensure that water and power are cut off, doors and windows are closed, and the safety work responsibility system is fully implemented, and safety precautions are taken.
2. During the holiday period, departments that need to be on duty will be arranged according to the actual situation. Please submit the duty schedule to the comprehensive management department before the end of work on April 30th.
During the holiday period, all employees are required to keep their phones on for 24 hours to ensure smooth communication in case of emergencies,
4. In the event of a major emergency, quickly activate the emergency plan, handle it properly, and report it as soon as possible according to regulations to ensure the safety of the holiday
5. After the holiday, all employees' requests for leave unrelated to work will not be approved. Please make good arrangements for holiday time to ensure normal work. Hereby notified. Wishing all employees a happy May Day and Labor Day!
