New Product Introduction of Systec Sterilization Cabinet

Systec's new generation sterilization cabinet is grandly launched, designed specifically for customers in the pharmaceutical industry. Following 21CFR part 11, equipped with an audit tracking system and electronic signature to prevent data tampering. It has multiple optional functions to meet different application scenarios in the pharmaceutical field:

1. Pulsating vacuum system: For sterilization of hollow solids (filters, auxiliary materials, instruments), it effectively eliminates cold air inside the items, ensuring effective sterilization inside the items.

2. Pressure compensation water cooling system: for liquid sterilization (culture medium, injection), rapid cooling ensures high sensitivity of the culture medium.

3. Steam air mixing program: for sealed liquid packaging in flexible packaging. Maintain pressure balance inside and outside the packaging to prevent damage and deformation of the outer packaging, as well as displacement of the rubber stopper protrusion.

4. Drug packaging material testing program: Meets the water resistance and plug puncture force tests of glass 4001, 4006, 4015, and 4016 in Part 4 of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2020 edition), can achieve uniform temperature rise and fall, and can cool from 121 ℃ to room temperature within 30 minutes.
