Nanjing University of Technology TT-LVS Fully Automatic Cross Plate Shear Instrument Completed Debugging

On December 10, 2019, engineers from Suzhou Tuoce Instrument conducted installation, debugging, and technical training on the TT-LVS fully automatic cross plate shearing equipment purchased by Nanjing University of Technology. The acceptance work has been completed. During this period, our engineers provided detailed explanations and training on the principles, structural composition, and instrument functions of the equipment. In order to help users of Nanjing University of Technology better understand the equipment, our engineers also conducted on-site experimental operation drills, which complemented the previous explanation and training to provide a more thorough explanation of the usage of the equipment. After acceptance, we had sufficient communication and exchange with teachers from Nanjing University of Technology regarding instrument related issues, in order to strengthen our cooperation and enhance our company's commission and improvement in instrument and equipment production. And both parties reached an agreement on after-sales service issues.

The TT-LVS fully automatic cross plate shear tester is an indoor geotechnical testing instrument used to determine the shear strength of soft soil or sensitive clay. It can measure the undrained strength of undisturbed soil taken at different depths and also measure the sensitivity of soil. Standard configuration includes 3 cross plate heads: Φ 12.7mm × H25.4mm, Φ 25.4mm × H50.8mm, Φ 38.1 × H76.2mm, and can be customized according to customer needs. The collection and processing software supports the new Win8/10 operating system, with fully automatic collection and control. The data can be exported to an Excel file, and the shear strength curve of the soil sample can be drawn and the strength value calculated.
