KCT-4 American standard intergranular corrosion tester delivered to Zhejiang customer

On December 22, 2020, Zhejiang Kebiao Technology Co., Ltd. installed and debugged a KCT-4 intergranular corrosion tester at a customer site in Zhejiang. The customer is a valve manufacturing enterprise, and their products are mainly exported to countries such as Europe and America. In the early stage, the customer approached Zhejiang Kebiao Company and requested to refer to the American standard ASTM A262-2015 (Standard E method) for testing intergranular corrosion of austenitic stainless steel. Our company immediately searched for American standard and compared the parameters of our intergranular corrosion tester. After confirming that all parameters were met, we signed a contract with the customer and prepared production equipment. At the same time, our company will provide the translated Chinese version of dozens of pages of American standard to customers, guiding them to purchase supporting equipment and consumables such as heating furnaces, bending machines, and corrosive liquids.

This intergranular corrosion tester is a newly designed product by Zhejiang Kebiao Company. It is controlled by a full touch screen PLC, with 4-channel independent time and temperature control. It comes standard with water cut-off alarm and heating cut-off functions.

At present, the equipment has been successfully installed. In the future, our company will visit the customer again to guide them in using the equipment and conducting full process tests according to the American intergranular corrosion standard E method, until the customer * masters the test steps and methods.
