Gas refrigeration machines are used for gas cooling and cooling, and can also be selected for temperature rise and constant temperature control. The gas is usually dry compressed air or inert gases such as nitrogen and argon. The intake temperature can be at room temperature or high temperature, and is lowered to the target low temperature through a gas cooler. For the application of wafer testing cold stage, gas refrigeration machines have many advantages compared to traditional liquid cooling, such as ease of use, safety and hygiene, low cost, and no odor.
