instrumentb2bInstallation steps of oil water analyzer
Oil water analyzerIt is a continuous operation oil moisture analyzer that can instantly measure changes in the oil moisture content of lubricating oil. The trend indication of oil moisture will provide multiple reasons for the increase in oil moisture.
The oil-water analyzer can provide preventive maintenance. It is a bypass flow installation that can be connected with small pipes for easy calibration and cleaning. It can be inserted for installation and can be directly inserted into slots and cans for measurement. Both models can measure the moisture content in crude oil, fuel oil, hydraulic oil, and lubricating oil, and provide an alarm for high water content. It can also be set as a water content output or an oil-based content output.
The testing principle of the oil water analyzer is to measure the change in capacitance of the insulating fluid (oil) when it flows between two coaxial electrodes. The change in capacitance is proportional to the change in the insulation constant of the fluid. Measure the temperature of the medium using RTD and perform temperature compensation. The microprocessor uses mathematical algorithms to convert the measured capacitance value into water content and outputs it in percentage or PPM units.

Instrument installation:

Before installation, the instrument packaging should be checked for completeness, and the accessories should be checked against the packing list. If any problems are found, please immediately contact our company.

1. Installation of a primary instrument

1) During installation, it is required to measure that the pipeline is basically perpendicular to the horizontal plane, with the fluid inlet pipe at the bottom and the outlet pipe at the top. The installation radius of the instrument should be greater than 800mm (as shown in Figure 4). The installation environment should be indoors and avoid strong vibration and magnetic environments.
2) The installation of radioactive sources must be operated by specially trained technical personnel from the instrument production unit or user unit for safety reasons, and detailed records must be kept. The user unit must assign a dedicated person to be responsible for it, and no one else is allowed to disassemble or assemble it.
3) The working environment of an instrument should be kept as clean and ventilated as possible.

2. Installation of secondary instruments

1) Prepare two coaxial cables with a voltage resistance greater than 2000V for sensors, two dual core parallel shielded cables, and various specialized cables for other measuring instruments on site, such as flow meters, pressure gauges, thermometers, and other instrument transmitters, according to the actual environment on site.
2) In a safe environment, first weld one end of the high-voltage cable with a Q9-J5 plug, weld one end of the signal cable with a seven core sensor plug, and weld various plugs for cables used with other instruments.
3) Thread the high-voltage and signal cables of the sensor through the explosion-proof terminals of the primary instrument, and other cables through the explosion-proof terminals of the accompanying instrument. Then tighten all explosion-proof end caps.
4) Weld the other end of all cables to the matching plug in a safe environment.
5) Insert and unplug the high-voltage plug into the sockets labeled "High Voltage I" to "High Voltage VI" on the rear panel of the host, and then connect the signal cable to the sockets labeled "Pulse Quantity" and "Analog Quantity". At this point, the instrument installation is basically completed.
