It integrates six device functions, including a four quadrant voltage source, a current source, a 6.5-inch digital multimeter, a pulse generator, a battery simulator, and electronic load functions. It is an ideal choice for testing the IV characteristics of semiconductor power devices. The entire series covers a current range of 10fA to 10A and a voltage range of 100nV to 1000V. In addition to the DC working mode, the IT2800 series SMU can also perform pulse measurements to prevent measurement errors caused by the device's own heating. The 5-inch touch screen provides the source meter with an excellent graphical user interface and various display modes, helping engineers significantly improve testing efficiency.
