working principle
Dust DetectorThe working principle of is mainly based on the principles of light scattering and electrostatic induction.Principle of light scattering:
Dust analyzerThe aerosol to be tested is sucked into the detection chamber through a sampling pump, and the aerosol to be tested is divided into two parts at the branching point. One part is filtered into clean air after passing through a filter, which serves as a protective sheath to protect the components in the sensor room from contamination by the gas to be tested. The other part of the aerosol, as the sample to be tested, directly enters the sensor room. In the sensor room, the main components are laser diodes, lens groups, and photodetectors. When detecting, the laser emitted by the laser diode first forms a thin layer surface light source through a lens group. When thin layer light is irradiated on the aerosol flowing through the sensor chamber, scattering occurs, and the scattered light intensity is detected by a photodetector. After being illuminated, the photodetector generates an electrical signal proportional to the mass concentration of the aerosol. Then multiply by the voltage calibration coefficient, which is obtained by measuring specific concentrations of aerosols. The commonly used test aerosol for calibration is Arizona test dust (or ISO 12103-1, A1 test dust).
Principle of electrostatic induction
Utilize the dynamic charge induction between dust particles passing through the probe to generate a signal. The communication electrostatic technology determines the disturbance amount of the AC signal by monitoring the standard deviation of the charge signal, and determines the dust emission amount based on the magnitude of the instantaneous disturbance amount.

Sintrol series
Dust removal system: During the transportation process of gas-solid two-phase fluid containing dust particles through pipelines and dust collectors, the collision and friction between dust particles and dust particles, dust particles and the inner wall of pipelines, dust particles and filter cartridges, and dust particles and flue gas will cause electrostatic charges on the dust particles The electrostatic charge is directly related to the dust content in the gas-solid two-phase fluid inside the pipeline. The arithmetic mean of the charge and the root mean square of the disturbance both reflect the dust content inside the pipeline This type of charge conversion is called electrostatic friction effect, or electrostatic induction. The UNIFTER dust switch adopts the principle of AC electrostatic induction to measure the changes in electrostatic charge and determine whether the bag dust removal system is operating normally. When the bag ruptures, the dust content in the gas-solid two-phase flow in the pipeline increases, and the electrostatic field strength also increases.
The S300 series dust meter adopts the measurement method of *. Once the dust concentration value of an order point is given, the entire range will be automatically generated by the instrument, and the dust meter will automatically track the changes in concentration value without the need for manual setting. Therefore, the repeatability, reliability, and ease of operation of S300 make it widely used in various industries such as feeding, filtration, and environmental protection. Typical applications: such as blast furnace gas TRT power generation, gas pressurized transportation, pulverized coal pressurized gasification, clean coal process, gas power generation, etc.
