Overview

3、 Working principle
The change in shear modulus of the rubber material during the vulcanization process is measured, and the shear modulus is directly proportional to the crosslinking density. Therefore, the measurement results reflect the change in crosslinking degree of the rubber material during the vulcanization process, and can measure important parameters such as initial viscosity, scorch time, vulcanization rate, positive vulcanization time, and over sulfuration retrogradation of the rubber material.
