1Electronic universal testing machineWhen storing attachments (fixtures), they should be coated with anti rust oil;

2. Regularly check whether the machine leaks oil. If there is oil leakage, immediately replace the combination gasket or sealing ring, and regularly replace the filter element, oil suction filter, and hydraulic oil according to the usage condition of the machine and the amount of oil used.

3. After each experiment, the jaws of the testing machine should be cleaned to keep them clean.

4. If not used for a long timeElectronic universal testing machineThe computer and controller should be turned off. Regularly check the various configurations of the machine to keep it in good working condition. If any parts become loose or detached, they should be repaired in a timely manner. The power supply of the controller must be turned off when plugging in or unplugging the interface on the controller. The interfaces on the controller correspond one-to-one. If the wrong interface is plugged in, it may cause damage to the device. If the machine is in standby mode, the switch should be set to the "load" position because if the switch is set to the "fast reverse" position, the electromagnetic reversing valve will remain powered on, which will affect the service life of the device.

5. Regularly check the screws in the jaw area. If any looseness is found, tighten them in a timely manner. Also, regularly check the transmission of the sprocket. If any looseness is found, please re tighten the tensioning wheel;

6. The sliding surface in contact with the lining plate and the dovetail groove surface on the lining plate should be kept clean regularly, and a thin layer of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) grease should be applied regularly.
