Overview
Spectral analyzer is a fast and high-precision detection instrument for detecting elements such as carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, nickel, copper, etc. in metal materials. The DJ2000 model adopts a fully computer-controlled digital spark light source, and uses CCD detection technology and a vacuum chamber to accurately determine the content of C, P, S, and various alloy elements in non-metallic elements, achieving full spectrum analysis.
Product Details

DJ2000 Full Spectrum Direct Readingspectrum analyzerThe newly designed streamlined desktop spectrometer meets the requirements of users in smelting, metal manufacturing, and mechanical processing. It adopts a fully computer-controlled digital spark light source and uses CCD detection technology and a vacuum chamber to accurately determine the content of C, P, S, and various alloy elements in non-metallic elements, achieving full spectrum analysis. The measurement results are accurate, reproducible, and have long-term stability.
DJ2000 型spectrum analyzerProduct configuration and features

1. The vacuum chamber designed with * can accurately determine the content of C, P, S, and various alloy elements in non-metallic elements, with precise measurement results, reproducibility, and long-term stability.

2. The structural design of the vacuum optical chamber makes the volume of the vacuum chamber smaller, and the vacuum pumping speed is less than half of that of a regular spectrometer. Separating the incident window from the vacuum chamber makes daily cleaning and maintenance of the incident window convenient and fast.

3. The optical system automatically performs spectral line scanning and optical path calibration to ensure the correctness of spectral line reception, eliminating the tedious task of peak scanning.

4. The design of the excitation table and argon gas path greatly reduces the amount of argon gas used. Flexible sample clamp design to meet the analysis of various shapes and sizes of samples on site for customers.

5. Multi matrix analysis can be achieved without increasing hardware facilities. Compared to photomultiplier tube spectrometers, it can greatly reduce the cost and scope of use for customers.

6. Adopting advanced jet electrode technology. In the excited state, an argon gas jet will be formed around the electrode, so that the excitation point will not come into contact with the outside air during the excitation process, improving the excitation accuracy; The accompanying spectral operation software is compatible with the Windows system. At the same time, various language versions can be provided according to customer needs. The software is easy to operate, and even personnel without any knowledge or experience in spectrometer operation only need to undergo simple knowledge training to get started using it.

7. Adopting high-performance FPGA, DSP, and ARM processors, it has ultra high speed data acquisition and analysis functions, and can automatically monitor and control the operation status of modules such as light chamber temperature, vacuum degree, argon gas pressure, and excitation light source in real time.

9. Fully digital plasma excitation light source, with ultra stable energy release to excite the sample in an argon environment. All digital excitation pulses ensure ultra-high resolution and stable output of excited sample plasma energy. Meet the excitation requirements of various materials.

10. The sample excitation table adopts a copper spark table base and tungsten material electrodes; The copper spark table base provides good heat dissipation and robustness for the excitation table, while the long service life and high temperature resistance of the tungsten electrode also improve the excitation performance; The design of the electrode self blowing function creates a favorable environment for excitation and makes it easier to clean the electrodes on the excitation table.
