1、 Optical componentsmicrolens arrayThe customized processing projects are as follows

    1) Glass non spherical lens

    Non spherical lenses can solve the distortion and aberration caused by current spherical lenses, reduce the volume of imaging systems, and improve the overall imaging quality of the system. It has been widely used in important fields such as medical equipment, precision instruments, aerospace, and defense technology, representing the trend of lens development.

    Machinable materials include: fused quartz, microcrystalline glass, silicon carbide (ceramic), and polymer materials

    Crystal materials (germanium, zinc selenide, magnesium fluoride, etc.)

    Caliber: 1000mm

    The machining surface accuracy can reach: (P-V) 1/20 λ

    The surface roughness of the processed material can reach RMS: 0.3nm


    2) Metal reflector

    Large aperture metal reflectors can achieve various beam collection, beam collimation, and beam focusing, and are widely used in fields such as astronomical observation optical devices, spectral detection, astronomical telescope systems, sights, beam expanders, infrared systems, concentrated solar energy systems, projection systems, and emission/detection equipment.

    At present, the processing of metal mirrors is mainly concentrated within 6 inches (150mm), and our company's aperture reaches 20 inches (500mm), which is at the domestic level.

    3) Singular Optics

    Traditional optical processing can only process corresponding surface shapes for flat, spherical, and partially non spherical surfaces. However, the development of singular optics has broken through the bottleneck of optical processing and can achieve high-precision, high-efficiency, and large-sized processing for different optical surface shapes. It is currently the development direction of optical components.

    At present, the unique optical components produced by our company have been widely used in scientific instruments, integrated circuits, astronomical telescopes and other fields. The product has the characteristics of large size, high precision, and complex surface shape.

‍(一) Precitech Nanoform 250 Ultragrind


    Characteristic usage:

    The new Nanoform 250 Ultragrind is a four axis free-form surface ultra precision diamond lathe. Its special grinding system can achieve ultra precision machining of hard materials. Can be used for ultra precision machining of various surface types such as flat, spherical, and non spherical.


    Performance parameters:

    (二) Moore Nanotech 250UPL

    Characteristic usage:

    Nanotech 250UL three-axis ultra precision turning diamond lathe is suitable for producing optical components with non spherical and free surfaces, and can also process other ultra precision mechanical components. Can be used for the manufacturing of optical lens molds, optical lenses and mirrors, microarrays, and microstructured devices for various materials.


    Performance parameters:

    1. Maximum turning diameter: 10 "(250 mm)

    Characteristic usage:

    The Nanotech 350FG five axis ultra precision turning diamond lathe is specially used for producing large-diameter symmetrical and asymmetrical, as well as free surface optical components, and can also process other ultra precision mechanical components. Optical lens molds that can process various materials, optical lenses and reflectors, microarrays and microstructure devices, contact lenses and gradient glasses, f - θ lenses, various display screens and lighting screens, etc.
