A vacuum degassing tank, also known as a vacuum degassing machine, is used to degas homogenized juice in a vacuum state to prevent juice oxidation and extend juice storage life. The vacuum degassing unit includes a vacuum degassing machine, a vacuum pump, and a centrifugal pump. It uses vacuum suction to remove air (oxygen) from materials, suppress oxidation and browning, and improve product quality. At the same time, removing the gas attached to the particles can prevent them from floating up, effectively improving the appearance of the product. It can also reduce foaming during filling and high-temperature extinguishing, improve the appearance of the product, and reduce corrosion on the inner wall of the container.

1、 Overview of vacuum degassing tank:
Vacuum degassing tank is an essential equipment for degassing dairy products, fruit juice and other materials on the production line. The function of a vacuum degassing machine is to remove air (oxygen) from the liquid, inhibit browning, oxidation of pigments, vitamins, aromatic components, and other substances, and prevent quality degradation; Remove suspended particles and gases from the liquid, suppress particle flotation, and maintain a good appearance; Prevent foaming during canning and high-temperature sterilization that affects sterilization; Reduce corrosion on the inner wall of the container to prevent corrosion
2、 Technical characteristics of vacuum degassing tank
1. It can greatly shorten the exhaust time after the initial water injection of the heating or cooling system, which is extremely beneficial for the initial commissioning and operation of the system.
2. Remove gas from the system, prevent gas blockage, and ensure stable and reliable operation of the system during normal operation.
3. Eliminate water pump cavitation and reduce system operating noise.
4. Due to the removal of oxygen from the water, the aerobic corrosion of the system will be reduced and the equipment usage time will be extended.
5. Due to the removal of gas from the water, there will be no gas bubbles attached to the surface of the heat exchanger, which improves the heating efficiency.
6. The working time and cycle of the deaerator can be adjusted as needed.
7. The maximum system capacity for a single unit can reach 150 m3; multiple units can be used in parallel.
8. The equipment is easy to install, fully automated, safe and reliable, and easy to maintain.
3、 Steps for using vacuum degassing tank:
When in use, simply turn on the matching vacuum pump (use the pump according to the pump's instructions) to remove the air inside the device. At the same time, the material is sucked into the device from the inlet. When the material rises to a certain position, the control valve automatically controls the material. At this time, the feeding speed can be observed and controlled from the sight hole. When the vacuum degree inside the device reaches the process requirements, the material can be extracted from the material outlet. As long as the vacuum degree and the balance of inlet and outlet are maintained, production can continue. In order to prevent corrosion in the structure of power generation equipment, the water supply system excludes non condensable natural gas, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, air, etc. mixed with the water supply, and can maintain a certain suction head of the water pump together with an open heat exchanger that heats the water supply.
4、 Precautions for vacuum degassing tank:
1. Before each use, the top cover should be opened and the inside of the device should be cleaned with hot water or sodium hydroxide solution.
2. When using, ensure that all sealing parts are in good condition and there is no air leakage.
3. Regularly check the diaphragm pressure gauge to maintain its accuracy.
