1、 Overview:

XTJ bucket washing machine is a specialized equipment for cleaning high viscosity material buckets in the ink and other industries. It replaces the traditional alkaline water cleaning method, saving a lot of water resources and reducing environmental pollution. The principle is to spray a small amount of cleaning agent first, and then use a centrifugal brush for internal cleaning to achieve good cleaning effect, greatly reducing labor intensity.

3、 Equipment structure description:

1. Hydraulic lifting device: (see hydraulic schematic)
Adopting the principle of one-way hydraulic cylinder, the oil tank supplies oil to drive the entire washing system to rise, and the descent relies on its own weight.
2. Transmission device:
The main reducer is fastened to the transmission box and drives the driving sprocket to rotate. The driven sprocket is driven by the chain to rotate at a speed of 132r/min, so that the main shaft drives the centrifugal brush to open and clean along the barrel wall.
3. Bucket clamping device:
Composed of a positioning bracket and a tightener.
4. Console section:
The control panel is used to control the rotation and lifting of equipment.
5. Cleaning agent spray device:
The principle of airflow spray is used to spray the cleaning agent onto the wall of the cleaned cylinder and the brush, and the centrifugal force of the brush is used to make the cleaning agent sink slowly, so as to dilute the cleaning agent and the cleaned substance and separate them from the cylinder wall.

4、 Operation steps:

1. Inject No. 20 engine oil into the fuel tank until the upper oil level is at full height.
2. Connect the power supply, close the air switch ZK inside the electrical control box, and the power indicator light will be on. Close the 1ZK and 2ZK inside the electrical control box, and the spindle indicator and pump indicator lights will be on.
3. Check the rotation direction:
From a top view, the main axis rotates clockwise.
4. Press the "up" button, and the fuel tank motor will rotate clockwise when viewed from the rear, driving the gear pump. Adjust the overflow valve to an oil pressure of 2MPa to 2.5MPa. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank is transported to the oil cylinder through a one-way valve and high-pressure oil pipe, and the column rises. Press the 'descend' button, and the electromagnetic directional valve will open, causing the column to descend. The cleaning cylinder is aligned with the spindle by adjusting the positioning bracket and tightener to ensure even force distribution on the centrifugal brush. Before entering the cleaning cylinder, the cleaning brush must be flipped inward to ensure smooth entry into the cylinder.
5. Start and stop the spindle according to the panel operation instructions.
6. Cleaning agent spraying operation:
Connect the air pressure of the spray gun (more than 4kg/cm2), pull the spray gun wrench, open the cleaning agent ball valve, and the nozzle will spray liquid. The time depends on the need. The size of spray can be adjusted by rotating the nozzle. Release the spray gun wrench and immediately close the ball valve to prevent the cleaning agent from leaking out. The cleaning agent is stored in a transparent container and can be added at any time.
7. After cleaning, wipe off the waste liquid in the cylinder with a cloth.

5、 Equipment maintenance:

1. Hydraulic oil should be kept clean, the oil level line should be checked regularly, and oil should be added in a timely manner. The replacement of oil depends on its cleanliness, and those that are frequently used should generally be replaced once every six months to a year. When replacing oil, please clean the line gap oil filter.
2. The equipment should be kept clean regularly. If it is not in use for a long time, timely maintenance work should be done to protect the lubrication of each lubrication part.

6、 Other:

1. This device does not come with a material bucket and is provided by the user themselves.
2. During the use of the reducer, 70-90% industrial pressure gear oil needs to be added.
