3、 Operating instructions:

1. Pre work inspection
Use the "up" and "down" buttons to make the oil cylinder move up and down several times, clear the air in the oil circuit, and keep the oil cylinder running smoothly during operation.
Rotate the mixing shaft by hand to confirm that it rotates smoothly without any obstruction.
2. Operation
The "Start" and "Stop" buttons are used to start and stop the mixing shaft. The speed of the mixing shaft is adjusted through the "speed control" knob. The "up" and "down" buttons are used for manual lifting of the mixing shaft. The "reciprocating" knob switch is used to automatically start and stop the up and down reciprocating of the mixing shaft (please confirm that the mixing shaft is in the low position before starting).
3. Automatic reciprocating operation instructions
The automatic reciprocating motion of the mixing shaft of this machine is controlled by a timer, so it is necessary to ensure that the mixing shaft is in a low position before starting (to avoid the possibility of causing the blade to fly out of the discharge bucket). The automatic reciprocating stroke and low point pause time of the mixing shaft are pre-set at the factory. If they are not suitable, they can be adjusted by adjusting three time relays. After adjustment, please confirm that the upward and downward strokes should be consistent (otherwise, there may be significant changes in the starting and ending positions of the stroke after multiple repetitions, which may also cause the blade to fly out of the discharge bucket).
The advantage of using a timer control method is to change the original "up mixing down mixing" cycle to the current "bottom mixing up mixing down mixing" cycle, which is beneficial for improving mixing efficiency.

4、 Maintenance and upkeep:

1. Keep the hydraulic oil clean and add or change oil in a timely manner. The replacement depends on its cleanliness and is usually done once a year.
2. Maintain lubrication at all lubrication points. If the equipment is not in use for a long time, maintenance work should be done well.
3. When replacing the new triangular tape, it should be confirmed that the length is consistent to avoid uneven stress.
