Filter filling machine

1、 Overview:

GLJ-2.2 filtering and filling machine is a semi-automatic equipment used for filtering and filling in industries such as ink and paint. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient use and maintenance, and high quality.

2、 Working principle:

The driving motor drives the feeding pump to operate, delivering the material from the hopper to the filter cylinder. After being filtered through the screen, it is output through the cylinder nozzle through the pipeline. The opening and closing of the leakage nozzle is controlled by an electronic weighing signal to achieve the purpose of filling or cutting off materials. When the leakage nozzle is closed and the material is cut off, excess material is filled and returned to the hopper through the reflux pipe.

4、 Preparation and operation:

1. Preparation:
The bottom of this device is equipped with nylon rollers, which can be moved and used at any position. The user connects to the designated power supply, inserts the end of the air hose into the main air source socket on the upper part of the electrical control box, and connects the other end to the air source. Insert the power cord of the electronic scale into the socket, and insert the signal cord into the "signal input" socket on the control box panel.
2. Operation:
(1) Connect the power and gas source, (gas source pressure>0.5MPa) close the automatic switch inside the electrical control box, and the power indicator light will turn on.
(2) Input the material into the hopper, press the "electric heating on" button on the electrical control box, and then set the desired temperature through the temperature control meter on the panel. When the actual temperature reaches the set temperature, the electric heating will automatically stop. Press the "pump on" button to start the feeding pump, and the "pump indicator" light will turn on, allowing the material to circulate in the machine for about 10 minutes before filling.
(3) If the "automatic" control mode is selected, turn the "manual" and "automatic" knobs to the "automatic" position, press the discharge switch next to the equipment discharge nozzle, the "filling indicator" light will turn on, the material will flow out, and it will automatically stop at the pre selected weighing (see the electronic scale manual settings), and the indicator light will turn off.
(4) If the "manual" control mode is selected, turn the "manual" and "automatic" knobs to the "manual" mode, press the "filling" button on the electric control box, the "filling indicator" light will turn on, and the material will flow out. To stop feeding, press the "stop" button and the indicator light will turn off.

5、 Common fault analysis:

1. Open the iron door at the bottom of the machine, and the pump will run counterclockwise when viewed from the drive transmission (sprocket) side.
2. The magnetic assisted electric contact pressure gauge on the machine is an automatic switch (Pmax ≤ 0.8MPa) set to prevent pump damage or excessive pressure inside the cylinder. Do not adjust it arbitrarily.
3. If the load of the machine current is too high, the air switch inside the electrical control box will trip, and it needs to be reconnected.
4. Do not pull or tug on the signal line of the electronic scale to avoid affecting its use.

6、 Maintenance and upkeep:

1. Develop the habit of regularly checking equipment, and periodically check whether the tightening bolts of each part are loose and tighten them.
2. The filter screen inside the filter cartridge should be cleaned regularly to prevent excessive debris from increasing the pressure inside the filter cartridge. When cleaning, open the cleaning valve (if the filter screen is clogged, the pressure inside the filter cartridge will exceed the set pressure, and the machine will automatically shut down).
3. The feeding hopper and cylinder leakage nozzle should be cleaned regularly to keep them clean and free of dirt.
4. The gearbox inside the box should be replaced with 2 # lithium grease after the first 3000 hours of operation. Before replacement, residual dirty oil should be removed. Add it every 6 months in the future.
5. The chain connecting the reducer and pump also needs to be lubricated at intervals to reduce wear.
6. If the oil in the oil-water separator inside the electric control box has decreased or disappeared, ordinary engine oil needs to be added.
7. Check if the limit switch for filling is malfunctioning, and check if all buttons on the electrical control box are malfunctioning.
8. Check if the pressure gauge on the machine can display normally. If any damage is found, it should be replaced.
