Zeiss Xradia Context microCT microscopeIt is a large field of view, non-destructive 3D X-ray microcomputer tomography system. With a powerful platform and flexible software control for source/detector positioning, you can image large, heavy (25 kg) and high samples, as well as small samples with high resolution and detail, in a complete 3D environment.
Obtain complete 3D data of electronic components, large raw material samples, or biological samples.
Perform non-destructive fault analysis to identify internal defects without cutting samples or workpieces
Characterize and quantify the heterogeneity of performance definitions in materials, such as porosity, cracks, inclusions, defects, or multiphase.
Conduct 4D evolutionary studies through non in situ processing or in situ sample manipulation.

Full 3D imaging

The high pixel density detector (six million pixels) enables you to resolve fine details in a complete 3D environment, even within relatively large imaging volumes. Alternatively, small sample size can be used to maximize geometric magnification for identifying and characterizing micro scale structures with high contrast and clarity. Fast sample installation and calibration, simplified acquisition workflow, fast exposure time and data reconstruction, and optional automatic loader system make Xradia Context the mainstay of high-throughput, meeting various 3D imaging and characterization needs.
