Compact structure and high precision

The Zeiss MICURA is equipped with Zeiss VAST XT gold or VAST XTR gold high * probes and navigation technology, providing active scanning with measurement accuracy of less than one micrometer. Zeiss MICURA particularly demonstrates its advantages in small and complex components with strict tolerance requirements, such as in the fields of optics, medical technology, or electronics. Although the three coordinate measuring machine is compact in size, its measurement volume can reach 500 × 700 × 600 mm, greatly exceeding similar machines.
The high-precision and high-speed scanning Zeiss VAST XT gold and VAST XTR gold probes can achieve high-speed scanning, scanning up to 500 measurement points per second. In addition to geometric parameters, shape and position parameters such as roundness or flatness can also be accurately measured in a short period of time. The VAST XT gold probe can be equipped with a small test ball. The smallest probe diameter is only 0.3 mm.
The Zeiss MICURA comes standard with VAST navigator technology, which automatically sets the ideal measurement speed while ensuring measurement accuracy, significantly reducing measurement time. Zeiss MICURA moves slightly slower in areas with high precision requirements. If the contour is simple or there are fewer measurement requirements, the movement speed of the coordinate measuring machine will be faster. Thanks to the tangential approach and scanning, spiral scanning, and fast dynamic needle calibration functions, navigation technology can further save time. The Zeiss RT-RB-100-1 rotary table, which utilizes the Zeiss rotary table to enhance flexibility, can be installed as an adjustable configuration within the measurement area as needed, and can be easily removed from the measurement area afterwards. This option enables four axis measurement on one machine.
