1Leak detection test of high-efficiency filter in clean roomExplanation:
The purpose of leak testing for high-efficiency filters in clean rooms (areas) is to confirm that the filter system is installed correctly and there is no leakage during use. Efficient filter leak detection includes the entire filtration system, including filter material, filter frame, sealing gasket, and support frame. The leak detection of the installed filtration system is conducted in an "empty" or "static" state, and this testing is carried out during the commissioning of a new clean room, when existing facilities need to be retested, or after replacing the end filter.
2、 Testing instruments:
ATI photometer
Model: TDA-2i
Aerosol Generator (Hot Smoke)/Aerosol Generator (Cold Smoke)
Model: AG-1800/TDA-4B
Comes with an instrument calibration certificate and is valid within the calibration period.
IIILeak detection test of high-efficiency filter in clean roomProgram:
1. Select the type of aerosol generator based on the system object being tested. When more than 50 high-efficiency filters are centrally tested in a general purification air conditioning system, a thermal aerosol generator should be used. Its working principle is to mix PAO solution with inert gas (usually nitrogen) at a high temperature of 410 ℃ to produce a large number of aerosol particles; When the number of high-efficiency filters in a general small-scale purification air conditioning system is less than 50, or when conducting high-efficiency leak detection in purification equipment (such as weighing hoods, laminar flow, self-cleaning transfer windows, RABS, etc.), a cold type aerosol generator should be used. Its working principle is to mix PAO solution with compressed air to produce aerosol particles, and adjust the pressure of the compressed air according to the required concentration.
2. After confirming the type of aerosol generator, start emitting smoke upstream of the high-efficiency filter and confirm the upstream concentration. The general upstream concentration range should be 20mg/L-80mg/L.
3. Enter the filter number and use the sampling probe of the photometer to scan the entire air outlet surface of the high-efficiency filter, the periphery of the filter, the sealing point between the filter frame and the installation structure, and the joint point of the installation structure at a speed of 3-5cm/s 3cm downstream of the high-efficiency filter.
4. When scanning, if there is any display greater than or equal to 0.01%, the sampling head should be stopped at the leakage point and continuously measured for a period of time. If the alarm continues, it is judged as the leakage location.
4、 Charging method:
According to the quantity and installation location of high-efficiency filters.
