1. Product Introduction
ZY-YFT2002 desktop liquid pressure pump (hereinafter referred to as pressure pump) is an important auxiliary equipment in pressure instrument detection work, which works in conjunction with pressure standards to complete pressure instrument calibration and detection work. The high-pressure desktop liquid pressure pump uses imported hydraulic pumps as the pressure generating components, supplemented by well-designed fine-tuning and fast interfaces, to form a wide range pressure generating system with simple operation, reasonable structure, and good sealing performance. It can be widely used in industries such as metrology, scientific research, industrial and mining enterprises, and instrument manufacturing.

3. Operation and use
1) Forward detection
Open the plugs of output 1 and output 2, open the stabilizing valve, adjust the fine adjustment to the appropriate position to lock the air release valve, gently operate the lever to bring the pressure guiding liquid to the output port, install the standard gauge and the calibrated gauge, operate the lever to increase the pressure to near the calibration point, use the fine adjustment to approach the calibration point, and detect point by point until full range.
2) Return inspection
According to the regulations, after two readings at full range, slowly reduce the pressure to the calibration point with fine adjustment, and check point by point until zero. When the fine adjustment cannot reduce the pressure, gently open the relief valve to reduce the pressure.
When the pressure drops slowly under high pressure, the stabilizing valve can be locked.
4. Precautions
1) The pressure pump should be placed on a flat and easy to operate table to avoid entering environments with highly corrosive gases and dust particles.
2) The tested instrument should be cleaned appropriately to prevent stains from entering the detection circuit.
3) Output 1 and output 2 are dedicated fast interfaces with sealed end faces. When installing the instrument, there is no need to use any tools. Cut evenly and tighten firmly. When the sealing surfaces are tightly attached to each other, tighten 2-3 more turns.
4) Regularly check the lower locking nut to ensure that the connection is secure. If the connection is not reliable, it may cause detachment when subjected to high pressure.
5) When the pressure generated by the lever is heavy, it is easier to use fine-tuning to increase the pressure.
