Structure/Working Principle:

The ZSR-50 Roots blower has a compact structure and consists of the following six parts: electric motor, air transition, blower body, air chamber, base (and fuel tank), and nozzle. The blower is operated eccentrically by a rotor biased in the cylinder, causing a volume change between the blades in the rotor groove, thereby inhaling, compressing, and discharging air. During operation, the pressure difference is automatically used to deliver lubricating grease to the drip nozzle (the drip nozzle is a component that drips lubricating oil into the main chamber of the fan and is manufactured by a precision drip structure. The oil is blocked) and the oil does not drip too much. ）Drip into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise, while preventing gas backflow in the cylinder.
