Roots blower is a positive displacement fan. The air volume is directly proportional to the number of revolutions. The impeller of the Three Leaf Roots blower has two impellers, which are used for three intake and exhaust ports. Compared to the two bladed design, there is less gas pulsation. The load changes very little, the mechanical strength is high, the noise is low, and the vibration is small.

There are two impellers on two parallel axes. The inner surfaces of the impeller and elliptical shell, as well as the impeller, always maintain a small gap. Due to the impeller rotating in opposite directions at the same speed, the casing and impeller are surrounded. A certain amount of gas is transported from the suction side to the discharge side.

Its characteristic is that when the pressure is adjusted to the allowable range during use, the flow rate changes little, the pressure selection range is large, and it has the characteristic of forced gas transmission. The medium does not contain oil during transportation.
