Proper installation is crucial for the production of specimens and test results. Please follow the following steps during installation.

1. According to the requirements of 4.2.5 in the national standard GB/T17671-1999, the compaction table is installed on a concrete base with a height of about 400mm. The concrete volume is about 0.25m3 and weighs about 600kg. To prevent external vibration from affecting the compaction effect, a layer of natural rubber elastic pad with a thickness of about 5mm can be placed under the entire concrete base. And pay attention to the good electrical safety grounding of the body.

2. Fix the compaction table on the base with anchor screws, and install it in a horizontal state. Use a height ruler to calibrate the height of the four corners of the compaction table to be within 1mm, and the horizontal length direction to be within 0.5mm. Place a layer of fresh thick mortar between the instrument base and the base to ensure that they are in contact. This method can also be used to adjust the tabletop and arm to be horizontal

3. After the cement mortar sets and hardens, tighten the foot screws, paying attention to the basic consistency of the tightening force to prevent equipment deformation. Then lift the center table (5) shown in Figure "1", and there should be no jamming between the convex head (4) and the positioning sleeve (2). If jamming is found, it is generally due to the lack of horizontal calibration and should be calibrated after finding the cause.
