The JJ-5 cement mortar mixer mainly consists of a dual speed motor, a sand adding box, a transmission box, a main shaft, an eccentric seat, mixing blades, a mixing pot, a base, a column, a support, an outer cover, a program controller, etc.

The dual speed motor transmits power to the worm gear inside the transmission box through a coupling, and then transmits it to the main shaft through a worm gear and a pair of gears for deceleration. The main shaft drives the eccentric seat to rotate synchronously, causing the stirring blades fixed on the eccentric seat to revolve. At the same time, the mixing blade rotates around a fixed internal gear through the planetary gear at the upper end of the mixing blade shaft. The mixing pot and support are locked by eccentric groove rotation. After adding sand to the sand tank, it can be automatically or manually added at a specified time. The handle is used for lifting and positioning the mixing pot position.

Operation and use of cement mortar mixer:

Insert the power plug of this machine into the power socket and turn on the power. The red indicator light is on to indicate that the power is connected. Then insert the controller plug into the local controller socket. The digital tube of the controller displays 0. Fill 1350g of standard sand into the sand tank, 225g of water and 450g of cement into the mixing pot. Insert the mixing pot into the positioning hole of the support, turn the pot clockwise until it is locked, and then turn the handle to move the mixing pot upward to the mixing working position.
